Where are you based?
Qwerky Home is based in Feilding in the Manawatu region, New Zealand. We don’t have a physical store location – hence the name Qwerky (‘quirky’ but spelt more like the ‘qwerty’ keyboard on computers).
Who are you?
Qwerky Home was established by Anna, and the torch is now carried by Leigh-ann. We buy what we love and are happy to have in our home and gift to our loved ones.
Do you have a physical store?
No, the full range is available online only. We do pop up in various locations around the lower North Island from time to time though.
From May 2014 you can find a selection of our range in store at State 1 Designs, State Highway 1, Paekakariki. Open 9:00am – 3:00pm Thursday – Sunday.
What does Qwerky Home do with my personal information?

How do I get to hear about new stock, sales and special deals?
We would love to let you know when new product ranges arrive and great specials. ‘Like’the Qwerky Home Facebook page if you would like more regular updates and access to special offers.
Can I layby items?
You are welcome to layby items (or combined orders) over the value of $100. A 20% deposit is required and the layby must be paid in full within 6 weeks. If you decide to cancel your layby, an administration fee will be charged. Any additional payments will be retained as a store credit for you. Please email email@example.com before placing your order or if you have any questions about layby.
Do you gift wrap?
We sure do! We are happy to wrap your purchase for you. We’re ‘brown paper and string’ kind of people. Please use the comments box when paying for your purchase to let us know a bit about the recipient (i.e. child or adult, gender, favourite colour). We can hand write a message for you in one of our greeting cards too should you purchase a card at the same time.
We will email you your confirmation of purchase and we won’t include any purchase documentation in the parcel, however we do include a wee thank you note. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.
Have you thought about stocking this fabulous item I have seen elsewhere?
Maybe… Maybe not… Let us know what it is that you love and we’ll see what we can do!
I create fabulous homewares/gifts/crafts/stationery. Would you be interested in stocking it?
We’d love to see it. Send us an email, with photos, and tell us a bit about your product. We would love to see more New Zealand designed and sustainably produced products and quirky items with an eco-friendly twist.
Just checking – are all your prices in New Zealand Dollars?
They sure are and are inclusive of GST.
I don’t like Paypal – can I pay another way?
Sure. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make other arrangements for you such as via bank deposit.
What are the pea and spaghetti squash seeds all about?
We try to do our bit to lessen our impact on our environment. Sharing some seeds and encouraging some vege growing on your balcony or with children out in the back garden makes us feel good 🙂
We get our seeds from the fabulous people at Kings Seeds.

A fascinating and delicious vegetable with oval 1-2kg yellow fruit which when mature can be steamed or baked whole for 30 minutes, or until tender, making sure to puncture the skin with a fork beforehand.
